Question for mods: I have a serial downvoter/stalker.

This fricking loser literally lurks, waits for me.to post, and bam!, downvote. Sometimes it's not immediate but this loder will literally go back through my.posts and downvote en masse. IMO, this needs to be stop. If the dude has a hard-on for me, fine, but for someone to go around just to downvote one particular posters' posts to get their rocks.off is just stupid. I get downvoting because you disagree with a take, that's fine, but this shite is different and speaks to mental illness.
IMO, if there is any way to find who this loser is and either sternly warn or ban him, I don't care, but it needs to end. Or issue an edict that serial.downvoting/upvoting won't be tolerated. Just do something
