That’s the first transfer that actually stings/doesn’t make sense. He would 100% be a starter next year for us.

Not true at all. Lane would have 100% recruited over him and got a legit starting caliber tackle.
Curne nor any other lineman performed well enough to lock up a spot for 2026

He would have had to slid into guard going forward. Probably will continue his career there. Even for a freshman he just couldn't handle SEC defensive ends speed.
Wish him the best though I'd imagine Arkansas or wherever Davis lands.

Would have started at Guard for Kiffin.
Should have been at Guard from the Beginning !!
But the OT’s sucked so bad he had to play out of position.
Now he’s gone !!!

IIRC they were a factor in his recruitment and the OL coach who recruited him is still there. Plus, they're extremely petty and want the optics of "stealing" a player from LSU
