OBJ?
Harlem Berry
Richard Anderson
Kenny Hilliard
Trai Turner
Jonah Austin
Terrance Magee
Alfred Blue
Deion Jones
Dwayne Thomas

Duke Riley
Will Clapp?
Darrel Williams
Donnie Alexander
Kaleb Jackson

We are going to be fine with the portal.

Might even be better.

Frank is going to spend a great bit of his time and ole miss money to raid NOLA.
Bring it on I would love to have them spend 50% of their money on a few kids.
You grease the right palms and believe me relationships don't mean jack. Get ready ole miss wants all our leftover.

Frank was a great recruiter and was a solid staff member for LSU for many years. No drama, scandals etc. But we gave Lane control of the program. You've got to let him bring in or retain who he wants.

Raymond and Baker were the ones that I wanted back the most. There's nothing beyond Raymond. He's the best college DB coach in the country imo.

The way yall talk about Franks seductive powers over high school football players is mythical. wtf do you think he’s doing to collect these dudes like some sort of siren?

We will be fine. He’s a bag man that can yap. Everyone can be a bag man now.

Do Coach O’s. It’s even better.

Do you want to hire him? I didn’t think so

Impressive hall, but I would assume the worst recruiter would land half of those guys and a good recruiter, most of them, based on LSU brand.

Was just revisiting his 2010-2015 classes so far

Harold Perkins, Kaleb Jackson, Tyree Adams, Caden Durham, Harlem Berry, Jhase Thomas are the few recent ones I could come up with.

I think Hankton & Corey Raymond had a lot of the credit for some of the other guys recently

Seeing as how most of the players on that list were never coached by Frank Wilson, they clearly came for other reasons in addition to him.

That’s not how that works.
I believe he was the primary recruiter for most of them. No guarantee they even come to LSU without Wilson

I would venture to say that most players who go to LSU have hopes of making it to the NFL one day. A relationship with a running backs coach doesn’t get you that. But hey, if a close texting buddy is of utmost importance to high schoolers then I guess Wilson is super important. I’m not trying to downplay having a coach who is a great recruiter and great with relationships. I’m just not sure how much impact it has on the defensive lineman who wants to come to LSU and make it to the NFL.

Feldman’s follow up to meat market was interesting. He flat out said Wilson and Orgeron couldn’t compete with LSU’s brand. He mentioned 6 guys in the 2007 class alone. Stevan Ridley was one of them.

No Harlem Berry #1 RB for 2024? Wonder what he does after the bowl game knowing Kewan Lacy is probably coming to LSU?

If he’s smart he attaches himself at the hip with one of the best RB’s in the country for a year and learns everything he can while still getting 150+ carries, then takes over as the head guy after Lacy gets drafted in the 1st round.

I don't see Berry waiting another year to be the featured back at LSU.

Now make a list of Frank Wilson's all time recruits when he wasn't at LSU.

Yall wanna act like the brand of LSU and being the "The" hometown school in Louisiana didn't have any influence that made that list of guys come here.
