Really known as Srirachca... Who else loves this stuff.. Its hot as shite but has a nice flavor to it. Im sure alot of you have had it but didnt know.. They put it on alot of sushi rolls. Its a hot chili sauce.

I ask for it on almost all of my rolls. I just found a garlic version at World Market the other day. You should check it out.

Love it. IMO it is the best condiment, especially for asian or latin foods.

I use it to cook a lot, but oddly enough have never used it with sushi, even when I make my own. Thanks for the tip! (A good tip for me too, since I can use some spice with my sushi and am not big on wasabi.)

This stuff is the key ingredient in a killer marinade for sweet and sour grilled chicken. To wit:
1/4 c. rice vinegar
2 T veg. oil
2 T sugar
1 T soy sauce
2 T Sriracha
Marinate boneless skinless thighs overnight and then grill them up. Serve with sticky rice.

I love the stuff. Had it just yesterday on Tacos and it was better than any taco sauce I have ever had.
