He'll be WR1 for us next year. He would thrive in Lane Kiffin system immediately.

Florida, much like us, had no business being as bad as they were this past year. They had some really good players on their team.

Is this based on rumor or just wishful thinking?

I thought I saw something last week that he wasn’t going to enter.
Maybe I’m thinking of someone else lol.

Ive watched a video on a rumor of Ryan Williams might be talking to LSU.

I also saw that there is a possibility that Cam Coleman will enter the portal.

Get one of them, the freshman from Ole Miss, and we already have TD Green, Kyle Parker, and i think who will also breakout, Taron Francis.

Would love Dallas Wilson, he is a freak.

Don’t want anything to do with Williams, but Cam Coleman is a freak too

We need atleast 1 alpha wr. I prefer 2. But I'll settle for just 1. Coleman and Wilson would be great additions

If it's anyone from Florida, I'd take that RB Baugh.....he's a monster. Pair him up with Berry and you have something..

If the receiver from MSU declares, he’s definitely the top receiver in this class

Hard pass
Paints fingernails
Can’t catch

He’s famous for one spinny move against Georgia and that’s it.

I agree, RB from Florida Baugh is a beast. Lacy, Berry, and Baugh would be a headache for teams to deal with.

Nah, he’ll stay at UF. Sumrall is putting together a nice staff. If he went to play for Sunbelt Billy, I don’t see why he’d leave. And I think they’ll give him whatever it takes to stay.

LSU fans are looking at this stuff differently than actual reality. Lane’s offense is so good because it’s balanced. He runs the ball way more than the perception. And he spreads it around to all his players playmakers. Not to say a WR can’t or won’t have a huge season under him here, but I don’t think he’s going to build the offense around any 1 guy like Florida might be willing to do with Wilson.

Lane came here to Chase, Jefferson, Marshall, Moss, and Clyde on the same team. Not to just have 1 Chase or Jefferson. He’d rather have a 1,000 yard rusher, and 2 1,000 yard WRs—or vice versa—not 1 2,000 yard rusher or receiver. He’s not gonna let an injury to 1 player who is such a critical part of the offense that an injury to them tanks the season. He believes he can develop guys and put them
in the right positions to beat the defense without having to rely on just their freak athleticism.

I’m certainly not saying he would turn down a Wilson. Or won’t go after those type guys. I just don’t see him throwing a shite ton of money at 1 10 WR, when he could get 2 8s for the same price or less. Not unless he thinks that is the one player that would absolutely put us over the top. And we’ve got too many holes to fill to throw that kind of cash at a single WR.

I think. But I sure ain’t gonna be mad at him
if he does.

They definitely shouldnt have been 4-8 but they also had the hardest schedule in the country

When you look at things like Sagarin they were power rated at #33 in the country. Right at a 3 loss Arizona, 3 loss UVA and 4 loss Illinois level. Meaning sagarin thinks if they played UF's schedule they too would have around 8 losses.

Not that bad of a team by any shape, just had an absolutely brutal schedule to navigate. This is why raw W/L can be so deceiving. UF was a "solid" football team who just played a lot of teams on their level or better than them. The UK loss is the only huge outlier really.

I agree with this. I'd be fine taking him as long as they got someone else like Coleman. But Williams should be complimentary at best if he's okay being the 3rd or 4th guy potentially. He didn't exactly play with a bad QB and he had stone hands. He's their Barion Brown.

He's still young so he's a definite take. He has an opportunity to grow more. If Kiffin wants him I'm fine by it. Many compared him to Devonte Smith coming out of HS.

Williams is not a natural ball catching, takes off a ton of plays and hates contact. It’s amazing nobody tries to hammer him. The one game this year they hit him early and often he left and didnt return. He make one highlight reel play and a bunch of drops/bad routes.
