I think within the next few years, it will just be accepted as evolution of the language.

Personally, I don’t understand why people mix this one up. I thought it was just a tigerdroppings/dukke v thing, but guess not

You stumbled on a tweet with 34 views, huh?

Because that’s not a reply that’s a quote tweet.

Think we might have found your weird X profile

This one bothers me a lot. Loose and lose, too.

I’m not a great speller and don’t worry too much about getting things right in informal settings.

But I have NEVER understood getting dominate and dominant mixed up. They……aren’t even close.

Do some people not talk in their heads? Seems like an easy one to get right if you just say the words to yourself.

Yesh Ginsburg is a big ten sports reporter.

It came across my feed from someone I follow who retweeted it

Nice try

Yep.

I can understand lose and loose to an extent. But dominate and dominant don’t sound remotely similar

They aren’t misspelling it. They say dominate too. They pronounce it dom-ih-nit.

people mistype "dominat" and it autocorrects to "dominate" instead of "dominant"

Probably so, but that’s not a good thing IMO.

For example ‘nauseous’ and ‘nauseated’. They are not the same. But now the word ‘nauseous’ is blurred because it was used incorrectly for so long by so much of the population who are ignorant.

But whatever, I’m certainly not losing sleep over it or willing to fight that fight.

Truthfully of all words, ‘inflammable’ is such a terrible, potentially misleading and dangerous word for many low IQ folks. Should be banned
