You are correct but I don’t blame McMahon for hiring McMahon. This is another Woody blunder. Even if you believe the “black cloud” theory you’d hire a John Brady type that’s going to be the hard arse who instills a culture of hard nosed defense, effort and fundamentals into your program so the next coach doesn’t have to. Instead Woody hired his buddy’s boy so this story we’ve been fed is just more BS from an administration people should be very happy has been rooted out of here.

That is all true. Now that Woody is gone I would imagine McBoring is on razor thin ice. Verge won’t stand for this much longer.

I'm not ready to throw in the towel on this season. Yes, the SOS before Texas Tech was weak, but LSU looked like a good team in all the games before BC. The fact that LSU was rated in the Top 25 on KenPom and EM going into the BC game shows that the advanced analytics saw this as a much improved team over seasons past.
Today, we will find out if the last two games were just a stretch of bad shooting or if this team was just feasting on weaker competition before the BC game.

I am actually one of those that think the WW ship has sailed. Enjoyed his time here but I’m not delusional enough to think that loved it so much here, he would drop everything to come back.
