List some Worthless Driving Laws in Louisiana!

1. Littering- unless a cop sees the person littering or finds a name and address on litter along the highway, rarely is anybody ticketed.
2. Left lane passing law- To many slow pokes still drive in left lane slowing down traffic. Unless a cop just happens to be following behind them, no one is getting pulled over and ticketed.
These are just 2 examples of laws with good intentions, that rarely can ever be enforced.

Speed limits. No one gets ticketed if a cop is not around.

Window tint and inspection stickers.

No cracks allowed over 8 inches anywhere on the windshield
Found that out when I tried to get a new inspection sticker a few years ago
I’m not replacing my windshield for a crack on the passenger side
Get fricked

1st offense you get to go pick up trash two days a week for a year, 2nd offense you get to go to jail. I'm sick of the b.s. with it. If you can't afford insurance then don't drive.

Very few laws are enforced which makes them worthless. While people should be thoughtful and neighborly and take responsibility for their actions, those days are gone.
Between people's attitudes and the lack of law enforcement, it's a third world country out there.
The good news is, if you ever have to drive in Medico, you'll be ready.

If you're at a red light and there's no traffic, you ought to be able to proceed after coming to a full stop. I hate sitting at a deserted intersection.

Especially on windshields. With all the recording devices on cars, people deserve the full right to privacy in their cars.
An addition to the OP…front license plates.

I was actually told once that some places have that as law. But the person didn’t know where, so just blew it off as made up “stoner talk”. And just laughed it off.

At this point they are just a reason to pull someone over to check something else.

Freaking License Plate Light
I get my home town newspaper online in which they run the weekly arrests.
nearly every week there's someone who got busted for drugs or DUI and it will say "Officer so and so initially stopped Joe Blow due his license plate light being out" .
What a crock of poop

No cell phone use while driving. Or did they change that one?

Jaywalking. You can't even give a ticket for it unless the cop actually sees you do it.
Imagine that

Vehicle Inspection Sticker to deem your vehicle "road worthy" for complete shite roads that are not worthy of driving a well maintained vehicle on.
