Dan Crenshaw is suing Shawn Ryan for defamation of character

Shawn talked about congressman in general getting rich on a podcast with Tulsi some time back. He brought up Crenshaw having an extravagant 40th birthday party with some high priced DJ. Crenshaw sent him a DM in instagram saying his boys at “6” told him that Shawn was talking shite about him. Shawn took this as a threat since Crenshaw said he would fricking kill Tucker if he ever saw him in person.
Crenshaw wants Shawn to take down his podcast in question and apologize.
Shawn has posted everything and told Crenshaw to frick off.

I think Crenshaw feels like the jig is up both as him as a person and a Congressman as well as his alleged insider trading deals.

The prerequisite to suing for defamation of character is to have character that could be defamed. It's not going to make it court.

I’ve been listening to Ryan’s podcast as of late. His episode with Bissonette is pretty great and will piss you off. There are snakes at all levels of government leadership.

Shawn Ryan is established and resonates with a Huuuuge audience; he understands dynamics and has plenty of resources to counter this.

I don't understand why he can't just shut up, lay low and continue his grift or whatever it is. Why even bother going at people like he does? He just brings more attention to the issue by doing that.
