May be a statute of limitations issue but we’ll see

Wouldn’t fraud vitiate that in an immigration case?

Would this call her citizenship into question?

Possibly, but certainly for her brother. He would be here illegally via immigration fraud. He'd have to leave. Not sure about what her residency status was before the marriage to her brother. Was she a citizen, or here on a visa or as a citizen?

So, her brother became a US citizen in 2009. They married in 2002, and she became a US citizen in 2020. Her brother was a British citizen when they married. They divorced in 2011.

That's some confusing shite.

Immigration fraud can get her kicked out of America. She is a political cancer no matter what.

This may be the least of her worries.
She is involved in the big fraud case in MN.
Her personal wealth rose exponentially over the last few years.
Hopefully justice will be served but I have my doubts

While they are at it, try to figure out how she made 30 million dollars in 4 years.

Wait, what? He became a citizen before she did? That's wild. I always thought they probably got married just to get him into the country, but reading this makes me feel pretty sure they were also fricking. So frickin weird.

How? She kept that number that low by funneling much more back to terrorist organizations instead of keeping it for herself.

The Brotherfricker steals as much as she can in as many ways as she can. So many booties of loot hidden all over I’d imagine

Yet again more bullshite from trump.

Repeating lies does not make them true.

In the remote chance that it is actually shown to be true, then I will acknowledge that I'm wrong, and give credit to the administration for addressing fraud. Let's see it happen though.

Yes, fraud or willful misrepresentation of material fact in order to obtain citizenship is one of the few things that renders someone subject to having their citizenship revoked, and no statute of limitations. No idea of that matters for criminal prosecution, but I've personally seen DHS claim "visa fraud" 20 years after the fact on at least two occasions (they lost both but for other issues, mainly no fraud).

It seems very obvious if they cared to investigate they could get her on this. People have been screaming about it for years with actual evidence presented.

No, you won’t. You’ll pretend you didn’t hear about it and keep bitching about something else. Stop lying to yourself. No one here believes you.

Save this thread and make a post when such proof is made. If fraud is caught, I honestly will be happy.

But considering the history of similar lies -- that Hillary will be locked up, President Biden, President Obama, Congressman Schiff, FBI Director James Comey, Speaker Pelosi, and others -- this seems like just more of the same bullshite. Despite trump's claims, none of those people were prosecuted.

So I'll believe this is fraud only when it is actually proven, and not before then.
