As always, it’s not an “award” to acknowledge the “best” person or the one who did the most good. It’s the person, or later sometimes a type of person, who had the most impact on that year. One can quibble over some of the politicians who just got elected, but for the most part, they get it right. It’s what the “lol Hitler Stalin wut” people always seem to miss.

There's better ways to point out shitty people other than putting their faces on a magazine and announcing it like it's a prestigious award.
