You want 80lbs a day made or stored? To get 80 lbs stoed in a bin, you are gonna need a decent sized bin.

made, i am sure that some of the travel ball neighbors, are going to be sending the kids over to ice down their "team cokes" for the weekend. i figure 30- 40 lb bin will cover most 95% of the days

I have this Hoshizaki
5 years in and still working great. Love the top hat ice. Only knock is it's a little loud when its running and the top hat ice makes a little thud when it drops but its pretty far from my living area/bedroom so not really a big deal. I'd imagine a lot of ice makers have the same issue.
ETA: Doesn't meet your output spec though... per the website, this one is up to 54 lbs/day and 27 lb bin

My 150 lb ice maker has a 75 pound bin. The poundage rating is what the ice maker can produce a day and not necessarily what is freely available.
Also, it is a hoshizaki which is more on the commercial higher quality side of things. I got this one for free from a restaurant that went out of business. Actually got two of them and my dad has one.
