I figured the internet was putting words into his mouth, then I found the actual quote from the video he posted after one of his bets went bad:

Sports gambling has gone too far, tons of shitheads on social media threatening athletes regularly when their bets go bad. Now the king of them all Portnoy doing it too. There needs to be repercussions for this shite, it’s going way too far.

You need two scores (FG & TD) to win.
A FG takes less time than a pass or run, which is why it is the smart play in that situation. There just wasn’t quite enough time for it to work but it is absolutely the correct football play.

How are you doing it the other way? Again, with 5 seconds it's nearly impossible for either to happen. But, I've seen a 40 yard kick occur in 4 seconds. I've never seen a TD occur in that time.

But if they joke about killing a coach over a bet… it’s funny?
This wasn’t a convo with his boys where they’re sitting around joking back and forth.. personally I don’t care but the complaint is acceptable especially considering he’s a hypocrite

No, and that’s never what I said. What I am saying is that if you are going to have an opinion, the responsibility is on you to make it an informed, which he admitted it wasn’t.
