52 degrees, cloudy with 3 mph east wind
AR 5.56, 77 gr IMI razor cores, 4x14x40 Nikon.
Sitting on the tripod in a fresh cutover awaiting LST. Doe’s rib cage or a pig’s ear hole today, good luck to all and let’s geaux!

Saw a 2-3” spike walking aimlessly through the cutover but that’s it besides red birds and crows. About to get down and go eat a couple bologna sammiches and probably sit on a small food plot with the wind in my face this afternoon.

I'm up. Area I know well but I decided to monkey around with different trees, and as usual got up one, didn't like it, climbed down. Now I'm up a cedar which might be fine. Who the hell knows. Wouldn't mind a doe or two looking at me.
