Yesterday on OTB, Hester and Flynn said they’d come coach the offense. I vote for this. You know it’d at least be entertaining

Why would he not? He knows what the RBs can do. He has no idea what the QB or WRs can do. Let er rip and see what you have for next year. Maybe VanBuren will be #1 backup.

OP, 100% no.
You be respectful of the existing guys. If they ask, you offer. Outs of that, you work on next year.
Now if they ask for input, you offer a handful of plays that offer what the next staff will be looking for. And hopefully those plays can be taught before the poulan, cheezit, Albertsons, credit union, avocado bowl.
