Just a refresher on ERob for those that may not realize the significance of this hire
*He was A&M DLine coach under Jimbo.
*Was named interim HC.
*Was offered a 5 year contract when Elko was hired (most position coaches work on 2 year deals)
*offered to be the highest paid position coach in the country at the time at A&M.
*LSU edge Gabriel Reliford publicly said if A&M would keep ERob he would have remained committed to Aggies.

I know there are questions about the OL hire, but he’s an upgrade over Davis from a technical standpoint. I think I could watch a few YouTube videos and teach OL technique better.
But outside of that- this is keeping our best and upgrading everything else. This is a home run overhaul.
