I did/do wonder if that's what kind of arrangement it was. Who was the kid a while back that was trying to strongarm LSU into a package deal for his brother? Don't think the kid panned out - Sopsher?

Cam Robinson tried to for Cam Sims, and Robinson ended up being an all American for bama. Sims also ended up being solid for bama and played in the NFL

Apparently it happens quite a bit - can't blame the kids for trying. Had a buddy tell me that Keenan Allen wanted to go to Alabama back in the day if they would take his brother from Cal but they wouldn't agree to it

Based on Blaine's recruitment, official visits, and commitment to tOSU in March 2025, appears he wanted to go OOS and never waivered. He only went on 1 official visit which was to Columbus in June. Kudos to BB for being honest, not stringing LSU along, and playing us with a hat on the table.

He actually visited LSU a few times this season, probably mostly to see his brother I imagine

People struggle with the fact that’s some kids just have no interest in playing for LSU. It’s no jab at LSU, they either want out of Louisiana or possibly grew up a fan of another school.
Now to that I still say TIGER BAIT.
