That's pretty cool for him. He's had a couple of radio popular songs. He's put his music career on pause to pursue the goal of playing college football. I can't hate on that.
Seeing as how he hasn't played since high school, and he's 25 now. I would be extremely surprised if he ever even saw the field. Have to wonder why wouldn't he choose to go D2 or even FCS at a minimum if he truly wants to play.

Yeah, I was kinda thinking the same thing. But, he's from Syracuse and gave up football when his music career took off. Apparently, he's been pretty successful with a top five single and two top 25 albums. Hopefully he can play and this isn't just some PR stunt.

I don’t think he has played football past his freshman year of HS
He did some local charity thing a few weeks ago and said he was going to some FCS school like Portland St
