Will be Trinidad Chambliss if he gets the extra year of eligibility. End of story. That’s Kiffin’s guy and he is even still putting the Trinidad flags in his twitter posts about LSU

There’s interest in Leavitt from ASU. Wouldn’t be surprised if he gave Simmons (Starter/Backup this year) a call as well.

Only if Chambliss doesn’t get an extra year. If he does, it’s him 100%

I believe he is coming. Lane was recruiting him this morning by posting pictures of the Heisman Trophy and JD5/JB jerseys.

What about Green from Ark? With Lane and a good defense he could be another JD type player.

Not sure he gets the approval on his waiver before Jan portal window. May not wait on that before taking Sam.

If he had multiple years left to grow, sure. But he’s been a frick up when games are on the line for years. For all the stats and ability, he turns the ball over, makes bad reads and just a lot of really dumb mistakes. We can do better.

I think with this spectacle that was created by hiring Kiffin midseason and all the noise around it, we have the potential to pull a guy from a program that most wouldn't even think about. With the coaching carousel we have seen this year, don't be surprised to see some shocking names get in the portal for a chance to run the new age LSU offense.

Drew Mestemaker from North Texas would be awesome but assumptions are he will follow his head coach to Oklahoma State.

I'd love this kid Greene. He looks just like that kid at Auburn. Auburn is going to be a handful with Golesh at the helm.

I don't really want a QB that was so identifiable as an Ole Miss Rebel. This mercenary crap has to be reined in.

Kiffin will turn MVB into the next Joe Burrow.

Trinidad has better numbers in a tougher conference. I haven’t watched Leavitt play, but I’m not getting the hype.

LSU can't afford to wait on Trinidad. The portal opens this week, and LSU has to pick up their 2026 QB now.

Leavitt or Sellers
Either one needs coaching to elevate their game to the next level. Leavitt is the better passer and Sellers is the better design runner.
Both can scramble.
I think Leavitt might have more upside with better pocket awareness and a better deep ball.

Isn't it correct that OM players get a full month since their coach left?
