I’m sorry.
I wouldn’t move to Mexico, refuse to learn Spanish and then complain when I couldn’t communicate with most people.
I understand many of them here are not mentally capable of learning English but still.

You live in Texas, formerly part of Mexico and cant stand hearing spanish..

I live in TX and unless you're in a taqueria you're not likely to run into many Spanish only speakers

Its not uncommon to hear it locally, particularly in grocery stores.
The OP would off himself if he lived around Filipinos. No matter how well they speak English, they choose to communicate with each other in their native tongue.

The last thing I'm ever worried about is overhearing some people I pass by speaking in a different language. They aren't trying to communicate with me so I don't care.
