I agree that there is a difference between Tulane and Ole Miss

To be fair, Ole Piss's last SEC championship was 1963

Tulane didn’t fubar the end of their season out of bitterness like OM did

Get that the 2 situations are different and Keith Carter was in a bind, but Tulane letting Jon Sumrall finish the season was smart

Yeah, you have already paid him. Might as well see how far you can go in the postseason. The school gets to claim those accomplishments, whatever they may be.

Ole Miss made it way too personal IMO

I get they think LSU is the devil and this is worse to them than a cheating wife rolling out and taking the kids away

But it’s a business and this stuff happens

Ole Miss to lsu is an upgrade in jobs but sumrall made a lateral move at best

I’d be more upset if Jon Sumrall teams weren’t so damn inconsistent

Tulane is historically shite and he wins a lot, so not jumping for joy over losing him

But the undisciplined football this year has taken years off my life
