Lod Cook most likely. I didn't see his family with him, they'll probably be inbound in the next couple of days. Landry has probably been here.

He bought some land (~10 acres) and is currently clearing it to build a house on it.

Buy Docs mansion and acreage for 14 million or go slumming and buy Sabans house just down the road go 5 million.. both on Zillow at the moment..
