Embracing the villain role

I can't wait to be hated even more. I embrace it.

LSU first gauged Kiffin's interrst in coming to Baton Rouge. Based on receiving a positive response, we made a competitive and viable offer. Because of our desire or intent to hire Kiffin, we've been, I think, very agreeable in accepting his terms.

Oversimplified, I know, but this is the gist of what LSU has done to this point.

All the rest, it seems, is largely beyond the control of LSU's athletics department.

If that makes LSU a villain, or THE villain, I can live with that.

There’s an old saying in the public relations industry. Any publicity is good publicity, as long as they spell your name right. LSU is pretty easy to spell, so we good.
