Tulane knows their place. OM does not.

Class act by Tulane.

Ole Miss could learn from them.

Tulane knows that a NC can’t keep their players from transferring.

Ole Miss is still making the right decision for Ole Miss in not letting Lane continue to coach. They have some self respect.

It’s a little different set of expectations

Tulane will just hire Baker

And keep rolling

Taking an SEC rival coach in the middle of their Best run is hard to swallow

To be fair I don't think you can compare the two situations.

Florida is not a Tulane rival like OM and LSU

Players come and go. They are doing the right thing for their program.

Tulane has no bearing on UF. UM to LSU is far more consequential. I bet they would have different feelings if he was coming from Miami and had them in the playoffs.

Nope. Gameday and the media told me we have to think about the players.

Ole Miss did not think about the players.

Tulane understands he's leaving for a huge promotion. They know they are stepping stone program. Lane is leaving for a hated in conference rival with a national championship run on the line. These aren't the same situation.

LSU fans are the biggest Cajun pussies on this earth. If your team was in the playoffs and your coach accepted a better job (Alabama, Texas, Ohio State, Michigan) you cats would be screaming bloody murder, rioting through those ghetto BR streets

They don't play in the same league, let alone they're not rivals.
