Oh bullshite. He’s gone out and gotten the best coach at the time of need. GTFO with this revisionist history. If Lane is coming here it’s certainly not because the governor stuck his nose into this and made a shite situation. I’m sure lane was told don’t worry about Landry he’ll be out of office in two years

Lane holds grudges.
It would not surprise me at all if he wouldn’t have taken Scott’s call after Scott wouldn’t take his 4 years ago
