Who will be QB next year?

With a solid mobile QB this team could legit be in the top 5. I know there will be a ton of NIL crazy but imagine if Underwood had stayed. With Kiffin we are close. I wonder who will be taking the snap next year.

Sam Leavitt at QB
Kewam Lacy at RB

I think he'll be playing in New Orleans this Friday vs Tulane.
Drew Mestemaker
Austin Simmons would make a bunch of sense as well but in Lane I trust.
I just hope the fans are patient enough to let him build and offensive line

I haven’t heard of either of those QBs, SC. Are they proven at a high level?
And it would seem that it is a lot easier to find a QB more so than proficient lineman. Though I do realize that linemen need to be smart enough to deal with complex and fast shifting blocking assignments.
There has to be another ’Jayden Daniels’ out there somewhere looking to live the dream. I loved watching that guy play. And the big smile.

There are a few potential pieces in place for next year among those that might stick around but QB is def not one of them.
On the whole though, it is hard not to imagine this team is not practically a from-the-ground-up rebuild, especially the offense.
Kiffin has his work cut out, regardless…

According to sauce, Trinidad chambliss will apply and get a 6th year waiver granted and is expected to come with Lane.

Leavitt. Mestemaker. Maybe Chambliss if he gets another year eligibility. Or the James Madison QB. Or he goes and steals the kid from Bama.

This team needs a major overhaul

Who will be the OL is the more pertinent question.

He has 4000 yards 28 TDs 6 INTs and another couple hundred rushing and 6 TDs
Austin Simmons was Ole Miss's QB before he got Wally pipp'ed by Trinidad Chambliss. He didn't have a great start to the season but again- in Lane I trust at this point, if he believes in him then so do I.

Jayden has incredibly unique skillset. That speed combined with his arm ability is so hard to find. Plus that offense had Malik, BTj, Will Campbell, Mason Taylor, Emory jones etc
Kind of amazing how bad Kelly and Matt Houses defense was to lose 3 games with a NFL offense

Last night's game shows it can't be Michael Van Buren! He's not the anwer to our qb needs. His bar was set low because of Nussmeier's total regression and he gave us a breath of fresh air for about a minute.

There's no reason he wouldn't follow Morris to Oklahoma State

Excited for the Coach Kiffen era, but threads like this remind me how much the NIL and infinite transfer rules have fricked up college football.
Whatever though, still ridin.

Maybe Elvis. Even he could do better than MVB.

MVB should quit football. He doesn't have a future in football. He needs to move on to his next career.

You guys shouldn't be shocked when LK turns JJJ into our dual threat QB and he has been on the team all year.

Doesn't matter if we don't get a real OL coach.
