Cite me a single example of an OC or DC who coaches for two different college teams simultaneously? I’m unaware of any that have done this.

Yeah, actually people do it all the time. It’s called giving your current employer advance notice of your departure for another job, your decision made and formally announced to said current employer, but staying on with the current employer during the transition. In fact, it’s an expectation, not an anomaly. I’m not proposing that the different situations are completely alike in comparison, tifwiw
