This will be the first time in US history that the government has taken action against the socialist aircraft manufacturer Airbus Industrie. All previous administrations refused to hold them accountable as Airbus is still majority owned by the governments of France and Germany. This will significantly impact operations at all major US airlines except Southwest and Alaska Airlines.

Boeing bribed Nikki Haley with a lucrative board seat in exchange for even more lucrative tax breaks to move production to South Carolina. The result was a far shittier product and planes that started falling.
The safety record of Boeing vs airbus over the last 15 years isn’t really comparable.
Hopefully Trump nationalizes Boeing like he did intel to fix the problem.

frick off with that stupid shite. It's not the governments job to get involved with private companies. They deserve to fail if they can't be successful without government intervention.

Al Jazeera, the terrorist news organization beloved by goat raping ragheads, was the leader in anti-Boeing propaganda. You sound like you watched their anti-Boeing documentary with great enthusiasm.

Did I miss something? What does the administration have to do with an Airbus recall?
Airbus issues major A320 recall, threatening global flight disruption

It is up to each governing authority to issue airworthiness directives.

Fake news.
Perhaps half, maybe a little more are affected. Delta has over 300 of the model and only 50 are affected and most of those only need the software rolled back (fast) or a software update (a couple of hours). Some of the the older Airbus may be grounded longer for hardware updates.

Lol, nice work Airbus flunky. American put out a statement that 340 of their aircraft will be grounded.

Haha. Tool.
It doesn’t take much to investigate what’s going on but go ahead and spread misinformation. You may want to get the latest from AA before replying. My company sent an email 3 hrs ago and I think I’ll take their word over yours wrt the “groundings”.

You're a retard (just like the Airbus calls the pilot a few feet above the runway). You can see in the Reuters article that it was updated to reflect the new count.

Yeah, 209 aircraft in one fleet is nothing...
Did I say that? You’re the one that wrote ALL 320 family aircraft will be grounded.
Take your L and move on.

Take it up with the Aviation Herald and the FAA, not me. Bus boys are so fragile.

Airbus makes superior helicopters…

Some of you should check out Ron Rogers YouTube channel. He's a retired US airline captain and test pilot. He flew the A320 at United and was a Line Check Airman on it. He also flew other Airbus types in flight evaluations. So I would say he is unbiased. He has made several videos on the hazards and design flaws of Airbus aircraft. He also discussed that in the 1980s, Airbus touted the new A320 as "uncrashable". Of course that blew up in their face. But what other vessel was touted in a similar manner?
