Trump Revokes Everyhing signed by Biden’s Autopen

'The President need not personally perform the physical act of affixing his signature to a bill he approves and decides to sign in order for the bill to become law. Rather, the President may sign a bill within the meaning of Article I, Section 7 by directing a subordinate to affix the President’s signature to such a bill, for example by autopen.'

Shouldn’t this have happened day one? Any EO can be undone by the next executive. That’s why it is so important that our Rino cuck congress gets to work and makes Trumps EO’s into law that cannot be overturned by the strike of a pen in the next presidents hand or in Fauxrty-sixes case, the autopen.

1). The Bush DOJ isn’t the final arbiter.
2). This does not address the issue with Biden’s autopoen signings. If he wasn’t aware they aren’t legal.

Not applicable. For a variety of reasons.
1. This is a DOJ opinion, not an enforceable law.
2. Even if it were a law, it applies merely to Bills signed with the specific authority granted by the President.
3. We know for a fact that Biden did not specifically delegate authority for each Autipen signature. EG, blanket pardons that did not go thru the White House counsel. As well Biden’s handlers forged his name on much more than bills.
