so just what is wrong with Coach Cliff Kingsbury, he runs a good offense, especially suited for a mobile quarterback, he has options on keeping good recruiters on staff. To be honest, I think he can formulate an offense that would consistently beat Ole Miss (Lol) not that we need help, but even if LK stays there, LSU can win with Kingsbury. I have no doubt, but who am I

He has a terrible record as a HC in both college and NFL.

Great offensive mind. Didn’t quite work out well gelling with the players the first go around.

Sounds like another in-demand coach before his rehab tour

he’s doing a good job with JDaniels and the , running a good offense. The Saints wanted to talk to him as a head coach last season, I don’t know if they did for sure? watch what happens at the end of the year.

Washington is 12th in passing/scoring offense with a Heisman winning qb.
Not exactly setting the league on fire.

in how many teams are in the NFL so they’re offense is just outside top 10 as the Saints fan. I would love a top 12 offense.

Last yr they tied a franchise record for 2nd in points and I believe were up there in total yards / rushing yards

To be fair, Daniels has only played in 5.5 of their 11 games. You could argue those offensive rankings are pretty good with Marcus Mariota being at QB the other half of the time. That said, I don't want Kingsbury.

What was his excuse at Texas Tech then?

I’m not saying Kingsbury can never be good head coach. I’m saying he’s yet to prove he can and until he does he shouldn’t even be mentioned for a big time gig.

Not sure about Cliff, but Kliff sucks as a HC

In 6 seasons as a college HC, he never had a winning record in conference games and had a losing season overall in 4 of those 6 years

In 10 seasons as a HC in both college and the NFL, he only had 3 winnings seasons.

Kliff isn’t just a No, he is a frick NO as a candidate

Well to be fair… even Ed O won a title at LSU, lol

But seriously, the talent at LSU will win you 7 games a year. Need real coaching to win the rest.

Pre NIL, no defense. Same that plagued Leach while he was there.
Offenses were always in the top echelon of CFB

Im not saying he's fkn Saban, but the guy can coach QBs and put up points.
Places like LSU / UF dont have an issue landing defensive talent
