It says state. United States is referred to as United States in that amendment.

Genuinely, section 1 of the 14th amendment due process does not apply to Fed gov. You’re looking for the 5th Amendment.

Due process is owed to everyone, from federal and state governments.

There are no exceptions as Miller is asserting.

The deportation process is the only process an illegal alien is entitled to. That’s Miller’s point. It clearly went over your head.

A process—the deportation process through the immigration courts—satisfies “due process” requirements.

No it means any non citizen has the right to immigration law and court. That is it.

We need 24/7 immigration courts. Once an illegal is apprehended, get them before an immigration judge within 24 hours and then get them on a deportation flight back to their home country as soon as possible.

We agree. There are some on this board that think the 15 minutes and arse load of taxpayer money to get them here should take years and titanic loads of money to get them out. Screw them and the illegals. Hell, I say send their benefactors (soros, catholic foundations, bidens etc) with them.

You are correct.

An undocumented immigrant does not gain citizenship merely because they are present in our country.

Should they give birth while here, that baby is a full citizen.
