You have to actively decide to be a piece of trash to obtain one of these dogs.

Authorities were called to the home and found Hull lying in the backyard.
So I just agreed to pet sit my buddy's 3 pitbulls....

That breed needs to disappear.

She was six months away from earning her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, from the University of Texas at Tyler, and she had already found her true purpose in teaching young children. Her K-3rd grade students adored her. She had a gift for making every child feel safe, special, and loved. Madison’s heart was made for that work.

Or just adopt from a shelter
Most everything they have would qualify as a pit

Sad that she bought into the lie that "they're just every other dog and it's the owner, not the pet." It cost her her life and pitbull apologists will continue to own those shite dogs and spread lies.

Over the summer, a girl I know was working in her garden. Her next door neighbor had two pit bulls and they were in the back yard, on the other side of the fence. She had headphones in listening to music and heard them well enough to look up, but paid them no mind. Somehow they got through the fence. She got up to walk to her shed and they attacked her.
She blacked out and doesn't remember 911 being called. Her husband was called and he had gone to the house first and there was blood all over the back door and wall on the inside. She needed over 30 stitches total. Part of her face, arm and leg had to be stitched, with the worst part being her arm. She said that she felt like if it was just one of them it would have probably not even attempted to chew through the fence, but it was like they were feeding off of each other, from what she remembers when they attacked.
It was as if the other one only did it because.. I guess the alpha did it. Like a pack of wolves. And the neighbor would tell people in the neighbor, when she walked them "they love people, they would never hurt anyone", which is why the girl who was attacked, just ignored them. It wasn't like she was going to her neighbors and the dogs were being protective of their territory. They were unprovoked. So to anyone who has these dogs and you are one of those "mine wouldn't hurt a fly". You need to be honest with yourself and know their capabilities. People need to treat them like wild hogs of they are roaming around neighborhoods and not on a leash.
Its in their blood.
