Golesh? Faded into oblivion? He seemed to get a lot of attention not too long ago.

Lost
To navy for 3rd loss of the year
3 losses with AAC schedule and beating a terrible Florida team which if they had played any other p2 probably would’ve been a loss

4 losses Alex in the G5 is Billy Gaypier 2.0

You bring up a good point.

And if anyone is paying attention, there really should be more topics on here considering other candidates. My guess is that come Saturday LSU will have to move on to their 2nd choice.

Good recruiter and rah rah guy but they've underachieved with number 1/2 NIL in the conference, and his in-game coaching is below average.

He was getting some smoke to Oklahoma State.

I will say this Golesh had no interest and thinks he will be the HC at Ole Miss if Kiffin leaves.

all losses were against good teams by one score(besides Miami). Beat north Texas. Also in year 3 of his rebuild of the program that had 4 total wins in the last 3 years he joined the team. Memphis and Tulane were already established when those coaches joined.

that’s true however I think the g5 up and comer needs to basically run the table to stay a truly hot name. If he has a double digit season at usf next year he might be the hottest name in next years coaching cycle

I still think he is a good coach and would do well at a big program. USF was 4-26 before he got there.

I do too I just think he needs another solid like double digit win season next year before a big time program rolls the dice on him

But if you believe that, then you can get him for less this year.

you probably wouldn’t have to break the bank too much either way and it’s better to see more of a proven track record than to risk another sun belt billy

Crap shoot either way. Win or lose, less money in the game.
