Its about damn time someone stole that guy.

Hes not going to set the world on fire either. Itll be a slow build but Arky will be noticeably better. You should be able to hold onto him for 4-5 years before a bigger program takes notice.

Kane Wommack seems to have momentum.

According to Chat GPT, Wommack’s resume looks better than Lanning’s did pre-Oregon

Arkansas is just an upscale Iowa State. Like choosing Chiles over Applebees. Fits his personality. Only SEC school I could see him at. Great hire if they get him.

Cajun Brian doesn't like to work. Campbell is a worker.

Arkansas would be a good fit for Campbell. He’s done well at Iowa with similar recruiting challenges. Neither state is a recruiting hotbed.

Arkansas is dreaming big dreams.

Matt isn’t going anywhere. He’s turned down way, way better jobs than R Kansas, including the NFL and Lions.

He’s a loyal coach, unlike what LSU might be getting with Kiffin. A couple of good years at LSU and he gone to the NFL

Iowa State has been routinely at the bottom of Big 12 talent composite rankings. We need a coach who knows how to build a culture and win with less talent
