The most overrated thing of all time when people say this about bowl practice. Especially now with transfers etc.
No, 10 or 12 extra practices when there’s a new coach coming in after the bowl game and at least 50% of the roster will turn over is not an asset.

This shows a lot don't know what they are talking about. A bowl invite means more practice which means a new coach could potentially get to practice with a team or at least observe.

Bowl games=practice died with the portal. This team currently as is or what would play in the bowl game won’t even resemble next year’s team.

And honestly nobody cares about a bowl game anymore. It's playoffs or bust.
