My guess is that she's protected.
One thing for sure, Patel having said that FBI has made progress you can be assured that no one will be charged anytime soon.
I think the statute of limitations ends on 1/6/26.

The NYT wants you to know that only far right loons want to know who planted the J6 whatever they weres...because, without knowing who did it, the Left can continue to claim J6 was a Right-wing "insurrection" as opposed to the Left-wing psy-op and successful move to stop objections to the certification of a stolen election that it actually was:

I'm surprised that as much as Dan discussed this issue on his show, an arrest was not made within a month of him and Kash starting their positions. You can bet the government has known who that person is all along. But, I think IvoryBill has made the point that while they probably know who it is, they have to go through the motions of a proper investigation if they want to prosecute the person.

Like Chairman Loudermilk, I don't buy the official story...particularly that the devices:
1) could have exploded, and
2) were planted on the 5th.
I am convinced that the person in the video is Shauni Kerkhoff (she would have denied it already). I am equally convinced that neither she nor anyone else will be charged with anything relating to the J6 devices. Patel's recent assurances that the FBI was "making progress" on the investigation convinced me of that.

New York Times obviously knows something is not right about it. Hence, they call the attempt to determine "whodunnit" a fixation. Why would the NYT want this story to go away?

I think they know they're not going to arrest anyone. The pretense of a proper investigation is what prevents them from having to admit that.

None of the liberal media ever wanted the details of J6 to be reported. The NYT reporting that Officer Sicknick (RIP) had died ON J6 because of a blow to the head with a fire extinguisher SHOULD have been a scandal. He died on J7 from a pre-existing, natural condition.
All narrative, all the time from NYT: "We don't know exactly WHO planted the pipe bombs, but like all the violence of that day, you can be sure it was a Trump-supporting insurrectionist.
