Nakos is reporting the Hogs are in the "final stages" of their search. Seems like very few leaks other than whiffing on Franklin.
Any idea who they have zeroed in on?

We didn't whiff on anyone. We got our primary target and it's going to be bigger than the Calipari hire. Seems that maybe they did get some Walmarks money.

On3 article has Campbell, Golesh, and Morris as their candidates. Our luck they will get Eric morris and be a pain in the arse for the foreseeable future.

The losses to Tulame and ECU reminded people of his limitations. Most Memphis fans want him to be fired right now.
Golesh isn’t much better. Both have laid multiple massive eggs with the playoffs on the line this season.

They might be willing to accept the way he does things (coaching over big-time recruiting), but why would he take a far more pressurized situation there over what he has? If he has a losing season at ISU, they just accept it and move on to the next season.
We also know he’s turned down some bigger programs in the past. He seems to be happy to be at ISU unless a particular program or two finally come calling.
