Sadly Charlotte would laugh at us. Thats how shitty Zion’s value is. Kon with Fears, Queen and Trey would be something to truly build around.

Zion’s trade value is lower than Brandon Ingram’s.

And we didn’t get much for Brandon ingram.

Kon has been so good. I knew he’d be a good player but I didn’t think he’d be this good

I knew it just watching those games he put Duke on his back when Flagg was hurt. He was the 2nd best player in this draft IMO with Queen right behind neck and neck. Kon just has that dog in him that he competes all out all the time and he’s a sharpshooter from 3.

PG: Fears
SG: Kon
SF: Trey
PF: Queen
C: Missi

That would be a fun lineup to watch or you could go smaller and put Queen at center with Trey at PF and Herb at SF. A pick and roll of Queen and Kon would be fun to watch. Zion would be happy playing close to home and Kon, Trey and Fears would be a nightmare for opposing teams with their shooting and Queen’s unique skillset.

Find a way to trade Zion for a 1st round pick in the next draft. Draft Stojakovic from Illinois.

Yes.

If Z's value is that low i'd even include Herb to push something like that through.

Pels: P Connaughton/ G Williams/ C Sexton/ K Knueppel/ 26' CHA/ 28' DAL

CHA: Zion/ Herb/ Hawk/ Jose

If we can even get Kon/ 26' it would be a great reset. Still doubtful.

I don’t think Zion’s value is quite as low as yall are making it out to be. Bane just went for like 4 1sts. Some team may be suckered into his potential.

This is just a retarded statement. BI was going to be a FA, Zion has multiple years on his deal left. Apples to oranges. Not to mention, Z is still just a better player than BI.

I think Charlotte is smart enough not to trade for Zion. They would have the same problem. He wants to go to a big market LA, NY or Miami. I personally would love to see him go to NY just to see the media tear him apart. New Orleans sports media is so soft. Try this sitting out in a big market and that media will roast you

I agree with you if we are talking mid 1sts and no players of value. But adding a young player in the mix does complicate his value.

I personally think Zion for Kon/ 26' CHA/ 28' DAL is fair value but I understand the opinions of those who disagree.

There are definitely teams that still view Zion as a superstar and believe they can fix his issues.

This might be the one time where our history of players leaving the organization and doing better things actually pays off for us! Clearly we have been the problem and are holding Z back, some team will see this and "save him from us". Please.

CHA has not tried to pair anyone else with LaMelo yet. They either have to trade LaMelo or put someone there to compliment him. I think Z would be happy close to his hometown and with a new start paired with LaMelo.

BKN can and would most likely make the best offer purely based on draft picks, cap space, and getting a big name.

Big markets:

BKN: unlimited draft picks
GSW: Kuminga +
LAL: Reeves +
MIA: Picks +
CHI: Picks +

Small markets:

DET: Picks +
ATL: 26' Pels... +
CHA: Kon +
POR: Picks +

The most enticing package is going to be one with a good player coming back. Give me Kon, Reeves, Avdija. Giddey etcc. Not saying they will be available but it would be a difference maker.

And call me crazy but I'd then go after Walker Kessler. Kessler/ Queen would be quite the pairing.

There is no way Zion has the value you think he does.

I've said that he probably doesn't and that certain players will be off the table. But its still higher than what others think. A lot of people think he goes for 1-2 mid picks and no assets. I think his value is closer to 2 picks and a good young player.

Kon/ Giddey + (1-2) 1sts seems like a pretty realistic package.

Avdija/ Reaves for Z is not completely unrealistic. Whether its straight up, with picks, or they say no is another question.

I'm simply saying that if we trade Z then those are the type of guys you do it for and try to pair with Fears/ Queen.

If you can't end up with one of those players then you probably just take the 4+ picks from BKN
