Our top four commits for the 2026 class are on the Dline. They’re all ranked in the top 65 in the country. Oh boy.

O could be an analyst or recruiting coordinator. But I think most agree KW is the best DL coach for our future!

Orgeron has recruited and coached 12 future first round draft choices while coaching D line.

O has put more DL in the league than Kyle will in his entire career.

Our fans love to hate on O, but he has national championship HC branding. He is likely still one of the most popular and recognizable college coaches. Having him on staff as a recruiter would be a pretty big asset

But just want to be the first person, again, to let yall know that if he is on staff, and things go sideways with the HC…he will be the guy to fill in as HC. Just like last time.

probably, but he also had a 15 year head start to coaching since Kyle was a little busy playing in the NFL at that age.

Yea maybe. But O has the wrong attitude. He completely checked out and left us high and dry. He then refused to coach to help let us off the hook for some of the buyout while he went around partying for years. Now that the checks are no longer coming he's suddenly ready to coach again? No thanks. Give me the guy that's trying to actually build a career for himself in coaching

I really like Kyle Williams. Where else can Orgeron fit in the program?

If you don’t remember, we aren’t asking him to come back as a head coach. He still loves LSU, we still love him. You can have an ex national championship coach on your team who also happens to be super close with the new head coach. That’s valuable. I’m sure Lane has been talking to Saban and O good bit the last couple of weeks.

There is no scenario where he isn't a distraction.

How? That guy is now gonna have bags and bags of cash, sounds like $30 million worth, to go out on the recruiting trail now. You seriously want O to be doing that for some other team in the SEC? You’re absolutely bananas if so.
