L'Atelier on the French Side. One of the best places I have eaten!

For being a tourist trap, there is a daiquiri place part of the sunset bar at Maho that makes some fresh fruit pina coladas that are pretty dang good to drink while you watch planes.
Second the rec for L'Atelier

There is a restaurant on Friars Bay beach that’s amazing. Cash only and open a few days a week. We always go to L’Atelier too.
Easy to visit Anguilla or St Barts from St Martin.

pretty much. if it’s like most islands, all the flights come in between 2-6pm so shouldn’t be too bad
