The poor boy's sibling recorded it and sent it to their older brother who then sent it to her employer and law enforcement. She was arrested but out on bond. Their father has filed a restraining order and filed for emergency custody. Absolutely sickening.

Multiple levels of lack of control.

Yeah I never understood the the laws on this. If I hit another adult on the arse with a belt, paddle, limb, etc I'll be charged with assault and battery. But if I do the same to a much weaker child, it's no problem.

I go back and forth on this one. I got arse beatings worse than that when I was a kid but it was never with that kind of anger and loss on control. I think that's what makes this one feel different.

She wasn't trying to punish the kid and teach him a hard lesson, she was taking her anger out on him violently.

I got my arse whipped many times by my dad, what that lady did is fricking way overboard. Then grabbing him by the hair.

shes going to regret doing that to him when he grows a couple more inches.

The father should handle the discipline.

Just gross.

I used to have to pick my own switch.

When Dad would pull off his belt "The Ninja" we knew we were in for it.

My brother and I turned out just fine.

Would have gotten it again if He found out we were recording it(no cell phones in the 90s)

I hate that personal matters like this ever make the light of day.

ETA: that lady went way overboard.

ETA: ok, that lady is just straight beating that kid. Send her away

I'm all for spanking and discipline, but this is excessive. She should not be around children.

Nothing in the world more terrifying than hearing that belt slip though beltloops heading straight for your arse!

Where she's going, that woman's gonna be on the end of an equally vicious beating. Poetic justice.

She lost her shite, the language, hair grabbing, etc. all out of line.

That's because it is not your duty to raise that adult and teach them lessons.

To be honest, some adults need a good arse whippin.

I did not watch the entire video so not sure all what happened. The belt whipping was a little excessive but he had pants on. The hair pulling was absolutely uncalled for.

On a side note, the Cocker Spaniel knew it was time to become invisible.

That shite was the norm for most kids in the 80s and early 90s.
Maybe not 25 licks but a good arse whoppin is what alit of these kids need today. Downvote or say what you will but its 100% true

What an effing monster!
Why some people support the physical assault of children is beyond me.

You all must have been awful to say you deserved this. My grandmother never had to raise her hand or voice to me to get her point across. I started flying all over the US on my own at 14 and when I started driving I could go wherever I wanted. I just called her when I got there. I guess most people can't handle such autonomy.

Im not saying that is good parenting. It probably isnt. But I got that same treatment many times.

I dont know the right choice between getting your arse strapped or quiet time for punishment but one worked better than the other
