Political Commentator Brandon Tatum and disappointment.

I, like most others until as of late when Brandon Tatum went off the rails and started shilling, didn't know that he denies that Christ is God and is anti-trinitarian. I also found out he converted to Christianity in 2008, and yet he's presenting himself to his millions of followers as an authority on Christianity and its theology with horrifically bad takes.
He's now gone from giving political takes to actively leading people astray in the truths of Christ - in between his tirades of Americans not bieng violently for modern day Israel first. Digest that.
It's embarrassingly clear he doesn't know what he's talking about. People, this is why most of us, if we ever find ourselves in a setting of being a public figure, should keep our mouths shut in fancying ourselves as an authoritative figure on a very serious subject (Jesus Christ), and instead defer questions to our priests and church fathers. This is an "exhibit A" of the problems and heresy that is the reformation: EVERYONE is their own authority.
Brandon Tatum is now playing with fire, and he's absolutely destroying any credibility he had, all for a pay check and a subject matter that he is wildly wrong about. It's one thing to have an opinion as a regular Joe like us chuds on an anonymous forum. It's a whole other thing to speak as an authority to millions when you are not and lead people astray.
Many followers of Tatum have been baptized Christians for longer than he's been alive, let alone since he began his conversion in 2008. Tatum is now speaking over the authority of Church fathers such as Saint Ignatius of Antioch, who was taught by Saint Peter himself, who was taught and took the first Eucharist with The Crucified Christ Himself, and who has now overuled them all with his own, *checks notes*, 17 years of Apostolic authority.
That is dangerous, dangerous territory Brandon Tatum is messing with to shill for a country that's not his. His credibility is done.

He started getting that Jewish money and changed.
I'm sick of people we trusted and listened too now to Israel.

Maybe Brandon Tatum thinks Charlemagne is Tha God?

I used to love me some Brandon Tatum... Amazing Lucas, too... don't know what happened to either of them.
I had no idea Tatum was anti-Trinitarian... is he a JW?
Btw... dug into my Orthodox Study Bible today, reading the forwards and appendixes, haven't made it to a service yet, though.

I noticed this too. It’s a shame what he’s become.

After hearing him talk I’d be very surprised if he can read much less get into the intricacies of Christian dogma

I don’t know who Brandon Tatum is, and it sounds like I don’t want to. But, your suggestion to keep one’s mouth closed and leave it up to priests and I’m assuming you mean pastors also, goes against the very words that Jesus spoke. He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. 16 Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. Not trying to distract from your post, but let’s not forget the great commission that He left us with.

Spending too much time warring with other influencers and doing his part on the psyop, sowing division.
I can't stand much of anything about Nick Fuentes, but I agree with some of what he has said about Tatum lately. BT certainly appears bought-and-paid-for by the joos.

is he a JW?
Do not take that as fact, though.
He's cooked, regardless.

You don't have to know who Brandon Tatum is to read the post and get the context, and the context is this:
If you jive with that - and it sounds like you endorse his "preaching" of the gospel going by the words you typed - then you are horribly misinformed on your theology.
You, just like Tatum and just like myself, are not authorities to TEACH theology, only exclaim the Gospel, and, most importantly, live it (talk is cheap). You have no right, nor does Tatum, to tell millions that Christ is not God.
If you believe such, you're in bad shape. If you can't see the issue with you and Tatum being your own authorities on the matter by telling people Christ is not God, then I can't help you - only God can.
quote:Brandon Tatum, with his millions of followers is preaching that Christ is not God and the Trinity is false.
Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. 16 Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.

Lol, there is NOTHING in my text that agrees with that guy. Nothing. My post is about sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ and Him being the Son of God. That does not in the least go along with what he is saying. How you came to that conclusion is sad. I believe in the Holy Trinity and anything else being preached I’d heresy.

Period. End of story.
That's not proclaiming the Gospel, and that's the problem with all of us being our own authority outside of the Church: heresy and even apostasy.
Period. End of story. You just want to pick a fight.

Outstanding. It is the most beautiful and thought provoking book ever written for mankind.

Ahh... but, Brandon Tatum denying the divinity of Christ is NOT spreading the gospel.
That's what the problem is- he is spreading a false gospel.

No it's not. The OP was essentially saying that Catholics Priests are the only way to God. Which is false.
No one is disagreeing with the Tatum part of it, but the underlying message the OP was trying to to sneak in. That is what the poster you are responding to was trying to say. Not agreeing with Tatum.

To whom was Jesus speaking when he gave the Great Commission (Mark 16:14-18)?
