If Kiffin walked away from Ole Miss with the team most likely headed to the playoffs and making a run for the NC

We all would. He’s got the perfect setup there. He’s not leaving.

Not saying he's coming to LSU but i think Ole Miss forcing his hand pissed him off and hes gonna leave to spite them

Do you realistically believe that OM is gonna go deep in the playoffs? If anything, I think he leaves prior to always have that mystery of “had Lane stayed” instead of getting bounced in the 1st or 2nd round with OM.

Which is why I remain cautiously optimistic.

Valid. GAS what you would think. Better? I hope he comes here but we might be getting played.

Their (OM) schedule has been suspect this year. Not a lot of great teams they've played and won several one score games. The win in Norman is a good one. Besides that LSU at home is their best win?

Perfect setup? It’s OXFORD!!!?? Have you spent any meaningful time there? Well I have. Many years. It’s a ONE horse town that doesn’t have NIL Backing and hasn’t won a NC in 65 years for a reason. Lane was always using Ole Miss as a stepping stone to Coach for the Big Boys. On top of that a large portion of the fans already want him gone. They feel played and hurt, like we did with Saban because they never win anything. He won’t be at Ole Miss next year.
