The Elf out of North Texas Eric Morris. Take the QB (Mestamaker) and the RB (Hawkins). Bring the show to Death Valley like Vandy did with New Mexico State and Indiana did with James Madison.

Lane hasn’t won anything in fact he hasn’t even gotten close so if you’re going to get a younger version of someone why not a younger version of Saban. The team needs discipline and culture revamp and someone who stresses winning championships

I might speaking to fast but Morris is looking like he will win his conference championship and stamp a ticket to the playoff. Still early but it’s heading towards that

Don’t worry about him, forgot to apply his vaginal cream this morning. Pussies everywhere in this fanbase recently

I could see the rationale with this. You get the guy on the cheap with a 3 year deal and small buyout, doesn't work out, easily replaceable, but if he lives up to his potential, LSU could be set for 30 years. I'd still try and land a whale first. If not then he could be a solid backup option.

When is the last time a school had a coach that signed a 3 year deal? Not an extension but a new coach.

Let me guess....you want to pay him like 100k a year loaded with incentives.....

All these plebs see is 'North Texas' and thats all they care about. They don't know what he has done with quarterbacks or what he is doing at North Texas.

Honestly if I was Arkansas I'd back the brinks truck up to his house.

Hell I hope Tulane at least offers him when Sumrall leaves.

You up his salary from 1.5 million a year to 5 million a year with incentives, he's going to come.

You wouldn't get him for 3 years though. I don't think any coach (maybe Frank Wilson) would sign a 3 year contract.

5 million yes. Even at that price I would think Arkansas would pay that or more.

LSU could really do this because the recruiting soil is rich and he has connections in Texas put the money around him and let him work his magic. Risky hell yes but LSU is unique enough to pull it off. And if it doesn’t work out he not expensive.

That person is Alex Golesh at USF. We could get him for 5million (double his present salary) and give him incentives. Paying a coach 3 times that (Kiffin) with no guarantees because he has won absolutely nothing in his career is INSANE. That is even worse than hiring the bum named Kelly.
Why are LSU people always taking the most ridiculous route to a hire. 15m a year for no guarantees without money to pay the players is INSANE.
