I don’t have an issue with limited visas to fill professional, medical, or engineering positions if there is a shortage of American labor. My issue is unchecked illegal immigration, anchor babies, and chain migration from the third world. Trump is against all of those things.
Also, this is going to be over your head, but the H1-B visa program is part of a law passed by Congress. Trump didn’t create it and can’t end it unilaterally because he isn’t a king.
