Just got the email

Haven't received the email yet. Went to Help on the app. No way to request the credit or navigate in the help center to this topic. YouTube is intentionally making it difficult to get the credit. Someone even asked a question how to get the $20 credit. YouTube locked the question and didn't answer it. 470 people clicked that they have the same question. Greedy bastards.

In fairness, it's a hyperlink that I can press that didn't come through on the copy/paste. Hopefully you will get the email

The direct to Disney solution is part of the problem.

Anyone have the details? I had read somewhere that ESPN virtually caved after all the big talk and got nothing of substance

Kinda like the Govt Shutdown.

Go to tv.youtube.com. Login and click on your icon. Select settings and then Update far left bottom screen. Select credit.

Sounds like Google basically got what they wanted out of the deal. Disney’s earnings call the other day probably pushed them to make a deal.

Correction. It’s part of TouTube TV’s problem. It’s not a problem for me when I’m saving money.

I don't have a problem with Disney getting paid for their content. I just can't choose with good conscience to pay Disney, Hulu, fubo or ESPN premium when they're jerking YouTube TV around for that same content.

Same here.

If people would “do their homework”, YouTube TV is not the way to go u less you enjoy random, non-popular tv.
