It's pretty crucial to take advantage of the window they provide to make significant improvements through PT. It's basically just a band aid that allows you to do a little more for a short time. If you use the time properly you can fix yourself. But don't get complacent or it's a waste

quote:holy shite yes…OP you must immediately start PT. If your pain management doctor didn’t order it for you do it yourself. I’ve had years of injections and nerve blocks and finally found the lasting answer at PT. Do it now and good luck

did 5 weeks of physical therapy last month. helped with dexitery/strength, but did nothing for pain. arthritis pushing on disc . Tonight I feel great. Cooked up fresh fried shrimp, roasted cauliflower , asperagras, red beans and rice for the extended family.

Had 90 cc’s of fluid drained out of my left knee today along with a steroid shot. Feels 1000% better now

Two years ago, the shots worked. Then one shot lasted 3 days, and the next shot 10 days. I had l5/s1 fused a month ago, best I have felt in a long time.
