There’s a story somewhere with Billy Corgan talking about that song. When he wrote it his guitar was such a pos it would squeal when he stop playing. They tried to record the song and something was missing. It was the shitty guitar squeal. Used the old guitar and it worked. Sounds awesome in the song but I could never replicate when I play the song.
