If you think we didnt get 3.9 million worth out of Nussmeier.(.9 million more than Underwood)..just imagine that 6.8 million that Arch got paid by the horns...

Whoever decided to pay Nuss that much money is who really needs to be fired because they hitched us to a broken player and cost us several wins.
That was as stupid as what they paid Kelly

There has never been an LSU player that hurt his team more than Garrett Nussmeier

If they gave nil for spelling, you would be broke.

Yea 3.9 mil is ridiculous for Nuss. That's more than Underwood, or Ty Simpson, or DJ Lagway; way more than Diego Pavia. Now at least Arch Manning's team is still in the hunt for a playoff; Nuss's team may finish the season not even bowl eligible!

As an Ag, I am no fan of t.u. But I will cut Arch a bit of slack. He has created his own NIL deals. Warby Parker, what sweatwear clothing crap he wears. Anyway... that's how NIL should work. Kinda like Livvey Dunne.

The Manning “over payment “ is for Manning name recognition alone for the University.
That’s throw away money for those Texas Boosters.

None of this is known, real, or public.
This video and the dollar figures within it are completely worthless.

Jordan Jefferson did more damage. Even after he was off the team.

You cant be serious. A you tube video from Stats of Football is now the foremost authority on NIL contracts.
This isnt the NFL. These contracts are agreements between two private parties. To my knowledge, not a single NIL contract document to this point has been made public in its entirety, Every single web or print article has insulated themselves from proof by using "speculative" and "estimated value" when throwing these numbers around for clicks and views.
But congrats to a You Tube source with 15K subscribers to be the first in giving us all of these figures in a Youtube video. Figures that have been factually confirmed from, no doubt, reputable sources.

The demise of college football. Ridiculous! like one poster in the thread commented, there was a time when you couldn't take a player to a free McDonald's meal without it being a violation.

Sports Illustrated

Sure, the You Tuber could be questionable but here are just a couple of mainstream reports quoting basically the same numbers. There are plenty more if you chose to look.

One of two things; this is fake news or they have lost their minds.

Damn, lots of money thrown around on non-productive guys. Sawyer Robertson was a steal considering his numbers, was leading the nation in yards, and TD passes before this week's bye.

Like 1/7 to 1/10 of those players are carrying their weight. Crazy

To be fair the % the agents get on the deals with college and HS players is uncapped. Some players are paying 20-25% unlike the 3% NFL players pay agents.
