Looking for something with at least two probes and is easy to operate. It’ll be a Christmas present for my dad. Thanks for any help

Thermoworks RFX.
Rock solid connection. I'm really enjoying mine.
Highly recommend getting at least 2 probe kit.
Should have a good sale on Black Friday (weekend).

You’re the third rec for thermoworks and I appreciate that. Anything with more than one wireless probe that is a little less expensive but also easy to use? Imagine a chimpanzee with downs has access to a iPhone 10 and meat thermometer. I need this chimpanzee with downs to be able to operate that

It’s not difficult at all.
If you get something and it loses its connection then your dad will get pissed. And rightfully so.
If he has a smartphone, and once it’s setup, you just turn on gateway and remove probes from charger and go.
I’d imagine you’d have to set it up for him.
Their customer service is top notch.

I would bet they are going to run something before Thanksgiving as well.
They run some deep discounts every couple of months. OP, I would suggest signing up for their text messages. I never had a Meater, but the friends that have one bitch about them a lot. RFX has been rock solid. It’s easy to use, but the TW app kind of sucks.

Just a thought. Are you stuck on wanting full wireless? Does he have a rotisserie? Fully wireless is cool no doubt but expensive.
ThermoWorks has a basic system with wired probes with a wireless receiver that you can use to monitor the cook. Connection is simple. No Wi-Fi needed and no Apps that stop working eventually.
It's bullet proof and very accurate like you would expect from Thermoworks.
All I would ever want from a remote meat thermometer system unless I was wanting to do some rotisserie.

I use the inkbird WiFi thermometer. I've got great wifi around my house, so it works great for me. I would stay away if wifi sucks outside the house where you'll be cooking since all of the negative reviews are typically about it's shittyb wifi card

Customer service at Thermoworks is so good, it should be the business model for every company.

I have this one. I like it's simplicity, but the only thing that aggravates me is the lack of controls on the remote unit. You can't set alarms on it and the main unit with the probes also beeps when an alarm goes off, and you have to turn it off manually. I liked my maverick remote a lot better, which had all the controls and options on the remote.
Meater sucks arse unless they've changed it to where the probe connects directly to wifi, instead of only bluetooth.
